Good work, Sean. I like how you parse this subject, which is really a conversation between a brand and its public — both users and those with an opinion — about the marketing campaign. Everyone has an opinion, and social media + Sharpies mean they can easily share. Push back is actually good because it moves the convo forward so the agency could show they used data to create the ad from user feedback.
