Thank you for this information. I wonder if citizens had been made aware of how to react in a health pandemic, they would have been better prepared. In the states, we teach children fire drills and tornado shelter-in-place drills but really nothing about health crises. Office workers do the same preparation, but nothing about how to protect your fellow cubicle worker from your germs. What a great opportunity to help us live better together.
